Covid-19 Response

Read below to find out more about the steps we are taking to help stop the spread of Covid-19

Update 20/03/21:

Café la Crème will be up at Ranmore starting Thursday 25th March 2021. For more information on our opening hours, click here.

While Café la Crème operates as a fully take-away and Covid-secure business, allowing us to remain open under the new government restrictions, the National Trust has made the difficult decision to close concession cafes such as ourselves in the hope of encouraging people to reduce travelling and to stay local.

We ask that our customers adhere to the new government guidelines as well as our Coronavrius safety measures listed below to help keep us all safe over the winter months.

Coronavirus Safety Measures

In compliance with government guidelines, we are implementing a series of new health and safety measures to help minimize the spread of Covid-19. These include:

-Socially distanced queuing system consisting of markers placed every 2m apart - this will be marshaled by a member of staff for the first few weeks to ensure it is being followed correctly

-Limit of 2 members in the queue from the same household to stop congestion in the queue and help maintain distance from other customers

-Maintained distance when ordering and collecting items through the observation of the 2m distance guidelines

-Increased cleaning and hygiene practices carried out by members of staff such as on commonly touched areas

-Wearing of gloves by staff members and frequent hand washing and observed

-Encouraging the use of card or contactless payments over cash where possible

Please do not visit us if you or anyone in your household/support bubble are experiencing Covid symptoms.

Stay at home and check the Government and NHS websites for what to do next.

We will continue to update our Facebook, Instagram and this website as the situation develops in case of any changes in Government guidelines.
